Our Services

Our first visit, whether over the phone or in person over a cup of coffee, is complimentary so that we can determine what blend of services is best for you. We are happy to do as much or as little as you want and need. And we are flexible—if you decide a few months into our planning that you need more help, we can accommodate the adjustment. These packages give you an idea of what we do, but we do so much more. Much of it you may never know about.

Simply Coordination

You have all the details wrapped up, and your wedding is micro-sized (under 75 people). You just need someone to oversee it all and keep it flowing on that day. No set-up or tear-down is needed and no assistant is needed. This includes:

  • Unlimited phone & email conversations for three months prior to your wedding
  • One in-person or Zoom planning meeting to wrap up your details
  • One on-site venue meeting (if needed)
  • Vendor contact & confirmations
  • Detailed event day timeline, multiple checklists, and preferred vendor list
  • One-hour rehearsal coordination (if necessary; no discount for no rehearsal)
  • Up to 8 hours of on-site day-of coordination
  • Very limited set-up of welcome table and other small items (such as table numbers)
  • Use of MGED's Day-Of Emergency Kit
  • One coordinator or associate coordinator only (no assistant) for the full day

Event Management

Traditionally called "Day-Of Coordination", this package is for those who love the planning process but want someone else to handle the details on the day of the celebration. So much more than just day-of, this package includes:

  • Unlimited phone & email conversations from the signing of the contract
  • Two in-person or Zoom planning meetings
  • One on-site venue meeting
  • Our preferred vendor list
  • Multiple checklists
  • Vendor contact & confirmations (one month prior)
  • Detailed event day timeline
  • One-hour rehearsal coordination (if necessary)
  • Up to 10 hours of on-site day-of coordination
  • Use of our inventory, most at no charge (small fees for some items)
  • Use of MGED's Day-Of Emergency Kit
  • One coordinator plus one assistant for the full day

Event Management Plus

This is for the those who still want to do much of their own planning, but need a little more assistance and guidance throughout the process. This package includes everything from the Event Management Package, plus:

  • Up to two additional in-person meetings with the client:
  • Up to four additional vendor meetings
  • Vendor contract reviews
  • Limited custom design & decor assistance
  • One coordinator plus two assistants for the full day
  • This package is customizable depending on your needs

Simply Coaching

This micro-package is for the budget-conscious client who just wants a little direction. No on-site help is needed, just some advice to make your day flow well. 

This includes:

  • Two Zoom meetings (or phone meetings), one at the beginning of your planning process and one at the end, up to 1.5 hours each.
  • Simple event-day timeline (client is responsible for distributing), multiple planning checklists, and preferred vendor list.
  • Fee is credited if you decide you would like to have us on-site and purchase another package (depending on availability).
  • Additional virtual meetings can be purchased for an hourly fee.
