Our first visit, whether over the phone or in person over a cup of coffee, is complimentary so that we can determine what blend of services is best for you. We are happy to do as much or as little as you want and need. And we are flexible—if you decide a few months into our planning that you need more help, we can accommodate the adjustment. These packages give you an idea of what we do, but we do so much more. Much of it you may never know about.
Your peace of mind is our biggest priority, making yours the best day ever.

this package includes:
- Unlimited phone & email conversations
- Two in-person planning meetings
- One on-site venue meeting
- Our preferred vendor list
- Multiple checklists
- Vendor contact & confirmations (one month prior)
- Event day timeline
- One-hour rehearsal coordination (if necessary)
- Up to 12 hours of on-site day-of coordination
- Use of MGED's Day-Of Emergency Kit
Event Management Plus
Event Management Plus
This is for the those who still want to do much of their own planning, but need a little more assistance and guidance throughout the process. This package includes everything from the Event Management Package plus:
- Up to two additional in-person meetings with the client:
- Up to four additional vendor meetings
- Vendor contract reviews
- Limited custom design & decor assistance
- Use of our inventory, most at no charge (small fees for some items)
Custom Packages
Custom Packages
If our two packages don't have quite what you are looking for, please contact us to create a custom package just for you. This could include (in addition to a package), but not limited to:
- Venue tours and selection assistance
- Additional Vendor meetings and/or selection assistance
- Custom design & decor assistance
- Limited floral design services
- Decor research and/or acquisition of products (basically, shopping!)
