Traditionally called "Day-Of Coordination", this package is for those who love the planning process but want someone else to handle the details on the day of the celebration. So much more than just day-of,

this package includes:

  • Unlimited phone & email conversations
  • Two in-person planning meetings
  • One on-site venue meeting
  • Vendor contact & confirmations
  • Event day timeline
  • One-hour rehearsal coordination (if necessary)
  • Up to 12 hours of on-site day-of coordination
  • Use of MGED's Day-Of Emergency Kit
  • This package is $1,700 for 2020; assistants start at $300/each

Event Management Plus

This is for the those who still want to do much of their own planning, but need a little more assistance and guidance throughout the process. This package includes everything from the Event Management Package plus:

  • Up to two additional in-person meetings with the client:
  • Up to four additional vendor meetings
  • Vendor contract reviews
  • Limited custom design & decor assistance
  • Use of our inventory, most at no charge (set-up and delivery fee for some items)
  • This package is $2,700 for 2020; assistants start at $300/each

Full Event Planning

Our full planning package is for those who want help in most aspects of their wedding (we still like to have client participation). This includes everything from the first two packages, plus:

  • Venue tours and selection assistance
  • Unlimited Vendor referrals, contacts, confirmations, and contract reviews
  • Unlimited Vendor meetings (one per vendor)
  • Budget management (with client participation)
  • Guest list management (with client participation)
  • Custom design & decor assistance
  • Unlimited use of our inventory at no additional charge
  • This package starts at $3,700 for 2020; assistants start at $300/each
