Traditionally called "Day-Of Coordination", this package is for those who love the planning process but want someone else to handle the details on the day of the celebration. So much more than just day-of,

this package includes:

  • Two in-person planning meetings
  • One on-site venue meeting
  • Vendor contact & confirmations
  • Event day timelines
  • Unlimited phone & email conversations
  • One-hour rehearsal coordination (if necessary)
  • Up to 12 hours of on-site day-of coordination
  • Use of MGED's Day-Of Emergency Kit
  • One (or more) assistant, if necessary (small additional fee)

Custom Coordination

Whether we come onto the scene partway through the process or help you from the very beginning, we are able to help you plan the perfect celebration. Our custom coordination package can include (but not limited to):

  • Everything from the Event Management Package, plus:
  • Unlimited Vendor referrals, contacts, confirmations, and contract reviews
  • Vendor meetings
  • Budget management
  • Guest list management
  • Custom design & decor assistance
